Gross is a senior level professional with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He has taken a leadership role with premier construction companies in prestigious projects in the United States and the Caribbean valued over $2.7 billion.
He has an extensive history building luxury residential properties, multi-use properties, and residential towers nationwide as a senior executive level manager for companies including Bovis Lend Lease and WCI Communities. He has also led design and legal teams through all phases of pre-development and construction for global hospitality brands, including Fairmont, Marriot, Westin, and Regent. Projects in which Kenneth has played a key hands-on leadership role include One Bal Harbour, a $500 million, 5-star condominium hotel property in Bal Harbour; The Continuum Residential Tower, a $100 million, 40-story luxury residential property on Miami’s South Beach; the $40 million historic renovation of the Doral Hotel in Miami Beach; and, Marriott Ocean Village Resort, a $250 million beachfront resort in Hollywood with a world-class spa, 18,000 square foot convention center, and over 20,000 square feet of retail space.
Kenneth began his construction career building luxury single-family homes and multifamily residential complexes in the Northeastern United States.
Todd Pennington is a visionary strategist and proven business leader with over 28 years of experience at the top levels of the construction and real estate development industry. As an Executive Committee member and leader of Bovis Lend Lease for over 24 years, Todd developed and led teams and clients to the successful delivery of over 100 projects consisting of 45 million square feet of building area, including over 27,000 habitable units, valued in excess of $20 billion. These projects, constructed in 56 cities across 8 states through various market cycles, were all delivered with no claims or disputes.
Robert Wrieden is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry with nearly $1 billion in residential and commercial projects in the United States and the Caribbean to his credit. The majority of the projects he has spearheaded are in Florida, where he has been a licensed and certified general contractor since 1983.
Over the course of his career, Glen has had primary management responsibility for projects with a total construction value in excess of $2 billion. He has deep experience with a comprehensive range of project types, including luxury high-rise condominiums, custom unit build-outs, hotel resorts, casinos, residential estates, retail complexes, restaurants, nightclubs, spas, historic restorations, office parks, and master planned developments.
John Gallina is designated as the “financially responsible officer” with respect to all activities engaged in by Capponi Construction Group in its capacity as a Certified General Contractor under the laws of the State of Florida. In addition, Mr. Gallina is responsible for all governmental and regulatory requirements imposed on the firm by federal, state or local governmental authorities or agencies, including permitting, licensing, insurance, OSHA, FMLA, workman’s compensation and similar regulatory requirements affecting companies engaged in general contracting activity in the State of Florida.
