Pre Construction Services
- Assist the Owner through all phases of the Design Development Process
- Oversee and Manage the Architectural and Design Team
- Conduct regular Owner, Architect and Contractor (OAC) meetings
- Establish a Critical Path Schedule with “MUST MEET” milestones
- Schedule a “Preliminary Review” meeting with the city or municipality
- Provide a complete detailed “In-House” budgetary Cost Estimate Summary.
- Provide qualified subcontractor budget estimates
- Review and select subcontractor value engineering and alternate bid options
- Select specialty contractors and integrate any owner-supplied options
- Provide a Construction Schedule (CPM) with subcontractor input
- Verify final scope of work and identify general conditions
- Provide overall final budget analysis
- Prepare building Permit Applications for submittal
- Present overall project scope, schedule and budget to Owner
